Job description

Hydrosat is a space and data analytics company building a new Earth observation constellation and software platform to unlock the power of thermal infrared imagery. We deliver high-resolution thermal insights that help governments, defense agencies, and agribusinesses better manage water resources, agricultural production, national security threats, and critical infrastructure.

We grow through two distinct routes to market – government programmes, and commercial data and subscription products – and our product and engineering teams build the platform that powers both.

The Brand & Graphic Designer will strengthen Hydrosat’s visual identity and establish a dedicated in-house creative capability. The role will support the consistent application of the corporate brand across marketing materials, campaigns, digital channels, events, and internal communications.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day application and development of Hydrosat’s visual brand guidelines

  • Design high-quality sales presentations, brochures, one-pagers, infographics, digital assets, event materials, and marketing collateral

  • Support the corporate branding process and ensure consistent visual execution

  • Create campaign graphics, social media assets, email templates, and website visuals

  • Develop reusable design templates and a centralized asset library to improve efficiency and brand consistency

  • Work with Product Marketing to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging visual communications

  • Support corporate communications with executive presentations, company announcements, and PR-related creatives

  • Coordinate with external design and production agencies when specialist expertise or additional capacity is required

Job requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within B2B technology, SaaS, or a technical industry

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Figma

  • Experience designing for both digital and print formats

  • Strong presentation design skills, especially including PowerPoint

  • Ability to simplify complex information visually

  • Experience working independently and managing multiple competing deadlines

  • CAD design, motion graphics, and basic video editing would be advantageous
