Hydrosat is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Project Admin Intern to support our Technical Program Manager on dynamic, cross-disciplinary initiatives. In this role, you’ll help ensure the smooth execution of complex projects and contribute directly to the evolution of our Project Management Office (PMO) systems and workflows.

You’ll assist in aligning timelines, maintaining clear communication across departments, and exploring tools that drive productivity, task tracking, and automation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of planning, problem-solving, and multitasking, and is looking to gain hands-on experience in fast-paced project environments.


Job requirements

  • Assist the Technical Program Manager in coordinating project activities to ensure timely execution and deployment

  • Support project scheduling, issue tracking, risk mitigation, and deliverables monitoring

  • Help create and maintain project roadmaps and timelines

  • Take and distribute meeting minutes and notes during team and stakeholder meetings

  • Facilitate effective communication across departments and technical teams

  • Maintain and update project documentation and repositories

  • Assist in preparing project reports, including progress updates, metrics, and risk logs

  • Research and recommend tools for project tracking, automation, and collaboration

  • Monitor progress on tasks and ensure follow-up on assigned deliverables

  • Assist in tracking project budgets and basic financial calculations where applicable

 Qualifications

  • Theoretical or practical knowledge of project management frameworks is required - Waterfall, PRINCE2, or PMBOK principles

  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project)

  • Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills

  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional and technical teams

  • Interest in workflow automation and data-driven project management tools

  • A passion for structured thinking, innovation, and continuous improvement

  • Demonstrated business acumen

  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility in adapting to changing priorities, and emotional resilience to navigate project challenges effectively
