Job description

Hydrosat is looking for an experienced Solutions Marketing Manager to define, position, and commercialise our geospatial data and analytics products. Powered by proprietary thermal infrared imagery and advanced modeling, Hydrosat’s products enable customers to measure and predict critical environmental variables,  such as water stress, soil moisture, and crop health, at global scale.

As Solutions Marketing Manager, you’ll translate our technical capabilities into compelling market offerings, draft pricing and packaging strategies, and lead go-to-market (GTM) activities that accelerate adoption across industries including agriculture, climate resilience, energy, and government.

This role requires a mix of strategic insight, technical fluency, and storytelling abilities. You’ll partner closely with Marketing and Product, Sales, and Customer Success to build scalable commercialisation frameworks, owning how Hydrosat’s value is presented, priced, and delivered to customers.

Finally, you will support broader corporate communications and brand visibility efforts, including coordination of key events and industry presence, particularly in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new data and analytics products, defining positioning, value propositions, and launch plans.

  • Own pricing and packaging frameworks: recommend and maintain offerings, usage models, and licensing structures aligned with customer value and market norms.

  • Collaborate with Product to test and refine pricing through market feedback, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure pricing and packaging are clearly communicated and easily operationalized.

  • Develop core product marketing assets including messaging guides, datasheets, presentations, case studies, and customer one-pagers.

  • Conduct competitive and market intelligence, identifying differentiation opportunities and informing product roadmap priorities.

  • Develop clear messaging materials and reference guides that help teams across the organization confidently understand and articulate Hydrosat’s value, differentiation, and product capabilities.

  • Contribute to strategic planning for new verticals and partnerships by identifying unmet customer needs and GTM opportunities.

  • Make Hydrosat’s mission and solutions known through webinars, events, and content that highlight the impact of our data on global sustainability challenges.

  • Support corporate communications activities in partnership with the Senior Communications & Marketing Manager, including brand messaging alignment, press/PR coordination, and content review.

  • Coordinate Hydrosat’s presence at key industry events (with emphasis on U.S. markets).

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Environmental Science, or space-related field.

  • Prior experience in the space sector.

  • 5+ years in product marketing, solution marketing, or related go-to-market role.

  • Experience developing pricing and packaging strategies for B2B SaaS, data, or analytics products.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Able to craft narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data, customer insights, and competitive landscapes.
